We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales professional, to join Oxford Nanopore as Key Account Manager-USA.
The Key Account Manager-USA will join a global team of experienced sales and market development professionals to deliver on commercial targets for Oxford Nanopore Technologies products within a fixed territory of the USA. To achieve these goals, you will be required to undertake at least 50% travel and be based within the Territory.
The role will require a proven ability to drive sales and manage key account relationships from the front line. This position will be supported by the North America field and office-based Sales teams as well as Customer Service and Technical Support teams. This role will report directly to the Associate Director- Regional Sales, North America. A full list of responsibilities can be found within the Job Description.
What We Are Looking For…..
The Key Account Manager- USA will have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating strong organisational and problem-solving capability.
They will be self-motivated, with the communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders across multi-disciplinary and international teams.
The ideal candidate will have a background in genetics and genomics with knowledge of the Life Sciences and Genomics market within USA and an understanding of current DNA sequencing technologies and their applications.
